Biography
Born September 12, 1991, Turkestan region.
In 2013 he graduated from the Kazakh Agrotechnical University. S. Seifullin with a degree in Standardization, Certification and Metrology.
He began his career in 2013 as an expert at Laboratory No. 3 of the Republican State Enterprise “KazMetIn”. In subsequent years, he held the positions of Category II Expert, Category I Expert, Lead Expert, and Head of Laboratory.
In 2022, he worked at the Trade Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he held the positions of Acting Chief Expert, Chief Expert, and Head of Division.
From 2023 to 2025, he worked at the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, serving as Head of the Conformity Assessment, Accreditation and Metrology Division and Head of the Metrology and Public Services Division.
Since October 2025, he has served as Head of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Zhambyl Region – Chief State Inspector of Zhambyl Region for State Control and Supervision.
