Biography
Born on April 14, 1989 in the village of Yenbekshi, Altykarasu rural district, Temir district, Aktobe region.
Higher education.
In 2010, he graduated from Aktobe State University named after K.Zhubanov with a degree in law.
He started his career in 2011 in the youth practice of the State Institution "Temirsky District Department of Culture" in the village of Shubarkuduk, Temirsky district, Aktobe region.
In 2012, KH "Temirkhan", a social worker, Temir district, Shubarkuduk village.
In 2013, he became a specialist of JSC "GNPF Pension Fund" in the village of Shubarkuduk, Temir district, Aktobe region.
In 2015, he became the chief specialist in state and legal work at the Temir District Akim's Office.
In 2016, he became the chief specialist of the Department for coordinating the work of the State Legal and Anti-Terrorist Commission of the State Institution "Temir district Akim's Office".
In 2017, he was the chief specialist of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Shubarkuduk rural district".
In 2018, he became the chief specialist of the organizational and documentation structural unit of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Shubarkuduk rural District of the Temir district of the Aktobe region."
From 2018 to 2021, he was the head of the Department for the Coordination of Public Services at the Temir District Akim's Office.
In 2021-2025, he was the chief specialist of the Department of Documentation Support, coordination of public services and information Technology at the Temir District Akim's Office.
Since 05/01/2025, the State Institution "Akim's Office of Temirsky district" has been acting as the head of the structural unit for coordinating public legal work and public service provision.
