Kulkaev Altai Esmagulovich

Altai Kulkaev - was born in 1982, higher education. In 2001 he graduated from the Ural Financial and Economic College with a degree in Finance, in 2005 from the Kazakh Commercial and Financial Academy with a degree in Finance and Credit.

In different years:
- Acting as a leading specialist of the Terektinsky District Financial Department;
- Leading specialist of the Finance Department of the Terektinsky district;
- Chief Specialist-Economist of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Terektinsky district;
- Chief Specialist of the Investment Policy Department of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the West Kazakhstan region;
- Chief Specialist of the Department of Budget Policy and Planning of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the West Kazakhstan region;
- Head of the Department of Budget Policy and Planning of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the West Kazakhstan region;
- Deputy Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the West Kazakhstan region;
- Head of the Department of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the West Kazakhstan region.
From 2021 to the present, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Finance Department of the West Kazakhstan region.
