Biography
Aliyeva Madina Ikramovna was born in 1989 in the city of Kyzylorda.
In 2009, she graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in "Local and State Administration."
In 2009–2013 – Bolashak University with a degree in "Law."
In 2013–2015 – she completed her master's degree at Bolashak University with a specialization in "Economics."
She began her professional career in 2010 as a chief specialist, chief inspector in the Department of Mobilization Preparation, Civil Defense, Organization of Accident and Natural Disaster Prevention and Elimination of Kyzylorda Region;
In 2013–2014 – manager of personnel, office management, and administrative-economic activities of the Kyzylorda Regional Branch of JSC "Entrepreneurship Development Fund «Damu»."
In 2014–2020 – chief specialist of the administrative and economic department, head of the administrative department of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of Kyzylorda Region.
In 2020–2024 – chief specialist of the Department of Administrative and Legal Work of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of Kyzylorda Region.
On March 5, 2024, by order of the Akim of the city, she was appointed Head of the Personnel Management (Human Resources) Department of the Akimat of Kyzylorda City.
