Biography
Nurzhan Isenbaevich was born on January 23, 1992 in the village of Beineu, Beineu district. Higher education, graduated from Kainar College in 2010, Central Asian University in 2013 with a degree in Law.
He started his career in 2011 as a junior controller of military unit No. 2087 of the village of Beineu.
From 2014 to 2018, he worked as a senior bailiff of the Beineu District Court Office.
From 2018 to 2020, he held the position of head of the sector of the district department of housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways.
From 2020 to 2023, he held the position of akim of the village" Syngyrlau " and head of the Beineu district Department of Entrepreneurship, Agriculture.
