Bakynova Nurgul Asanovna

Bakynova Nurgul Asanovna was born on November 21, 1976, in the city of Ayagoz. In 2001, she graduated from the Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim with a degree in teaching Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction.

Her total work experience is more than 20 years. She began her career in September 1998 as a Kazakh language teacher at Sergiopol Secondary School named after S. Gabbasov in the village of Sergiopol, Ayagoz district. From October 2000 to January 2002, she worked as a Kazakh language teacher at School Complex No. 27 in the city of Semey. From February 2002 to January 2013, she worked as a senior lecturer at the East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after D. Serikbaev. From February 2013 to September 2017, she worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages and Office Management at the East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after D. Serikbaev. From September 2017 to October 2019, she worked as a Kazakh language teacher at the Mikhail Biketov Secondary School in the village of Parygino. From October 2019 to June 2020, she held the position of director of the Pervorossiysk Secondary School in the village of Polyanskoe. From June 2020 to June 2023, she served as the Akim of the Paryginsky rural district. In June 2023, she was elected as the Akim of the city of Serebryansk.
