Kibaev Aidar Mousymbaevich

He was born in 1968. Higher education. He graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a degree in law.

He began his career as a driver of the Kirovsky district carpool.

Over the years, he worked as a duty dispatcher at the Taldykorgan Regional Emergency Management Center of the Almaty region, a leading, chief specialist, head of the department of Emergency Management of the city of Taldykorgan, chief specialist of the Emergency Department of the Almaty region, chief specialist of the Department for mobilization training, civil defense, organization of accident prevention and elimination and natural disasters of the Almaty region, chief specialist in military-mobilization work, initial military training, civil defense and general emergencies, general and financial and economic departments of the office of the akim of the Eskeldinsky district, chief specialist of the department of mobilization training and territorial defense of the Akim of the Almaty region, chief inspector of the department of mobilization training and territorial defense of the Akim of the Zhetisu region, head of the department of mobilization training and territorial defense of the akim of the Zhetisu region.

Since February 2024, he has been appointed head of the Department for mobilization training of the Zhetisu region.
