Biography
Was born on October 4, 1986 in Almaty region. Higher education, graduated from Almaty University of continuing education in 2010 with a degree in jurisprudence.
He started his career in July 2006 in the Office of the Akim of Baiserke rural district of Ili district.
From 2006 to 2014, he started working in the civil service as a leading specialist, Chief Specialist of the state institution "Department of sports and physical education of the Ili district".
From August 2014 to February 2021, he held the position of head of the state institution "Department of Physical Culture and sports of the Ili district".
Since February 2021, he has been working as deputy akim of Energetichesky rural district.
On February 12, 2023, by the decision of the Ili District Election Commission, he was elected mayor of Karaoy rural district.
