Development of recommendations for improving the quality of public services. Coordination of the activities of local executive bodies to achieve strategic goals and objectives for the provision of public services. Taking measures to explain to employees involved in the process of providing services, the provisions of the legislation on public services, as well as other regulatory legal documents governing this area.
