Alipbayev Zhangazy Zhumagazynovich

Since February 13, 2024, Alipbayev Zhangazy Zhumagazynovich has been appointed deputy head of the Department of public procurement of East Kazakhstan region.

He has two higher educations: Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University (Finance and Credit), S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University (jurisprudence).
