Zhalgas Nurbolat Zholamanovich

Zhalgas Nurbolat Zholamanovich was born on March 11, 1991 in the village of Kayyndy, Mugalzhar district, Aktobe region.
From 1997 to 2008 he studied at Kayindinsky secondary school.
From 2008 to 2012 he studied at Aktobe University named after S. Baishev with a degree in Tourism.

Since 2013, he worked as a leading specialist in the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Kayyndinsky Rural District of the Mugalzhar District."
From 2018 to July 2021, he was appointed chief specialist at the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Kayyndinsky Rural District of the Mugalzhar District."
In 2021-2025, he held the position of akim of the Kayyndinsky rural district.
From May 20, 2025, according to the election results, he was appointed akim of the city of Zhem.
