Biography
Aitkaliyev Bakytzhan Amirtaevich was born on 08/19/1976 in the Algabas state farm in the Shubartau district of Semipalatinsk region.In 1983, he was admitted to the 1st grade of the Algabas secondary school, and in 1993 he graduated from the 11th grade of the Algabas secondary school.In December 1994, he entered the Ayagoz district DOSAAF Otan, which he graduated in 1995. In 1995-1996, he fulfilled his duty to the Motherland and served in unit 32363 of the military unit of the city of Kapchagai. In 1998, he entered the Kazakh State Law University, in 2003 he received the qualification of "lawyer" in the specialty 0216 Jurisprudence of the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, by decision of May 28, 2003.In 2002, he created a family, has a son and a daughter.
