In 2004, he graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, with a degree in economics.
Career
He began his career in 1996 as a senior operator of a nuclear power plant in the village of Zhaksy;
From July 3, 2000 to November 30, 2000, he worked as a leading specialist in the district department of the Treasury of the Zhaksyn district;
From 2001 to 2012, he held various positions in the State Revenue Department for the Zhaksyn district;
From 2012 to 2014, he held the position of head of the business department of the Zhaksyn district;
From 2016 to 2019, he held the position of akim of the village of Zhaksy;
From 2019 to June 2024, he held the position of director of the regional branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken";
From July 2024 to the present, akim of the village of Belagash.
