Biography
Smatova Agaisha Kozhantaevna was born on February 16, 1963 in the village of Terenozek, Kyzylorda region.
In 1970-1980 he graduated from secondary school No. 35 of the Syrdarya region.
In 1985 he graduated from the Kyzylorda branch of the Dzhambul Irrigation and Reclamation Construction Institute with a degree in Agricultural Civil Engineer.
1985-1989 VET engineer of PMK-17 Trust Kyzylorda Stroy;1989-2005 engineer of the industrial hygiene department of the Kyzylorda regional sanitary-epidemiological station;
From 2005 to 2012, chief specialist of the department of territorial defense and rescue of citizens of the Directorate for mobilization preparation, civil defense, organization of prevention and response to accidents and natural disasters of the Kyzylorda region;
2012-2013 head of the construction department of the Kyzylorda region;
2013 Head of Department of the Office for Mobilization Preparation, Civil Defense, Organization of Prevention and Elimination of Accidents and Natural Disasters in the Kyzylorda Region;
2013 Head of Department of the Office for Mobilization Preparation, Civil Defense, Organization of Prevention and Elimination of Accidents and Natural Disasters in the Kyzylorda Region;
2013-2016, chief inspector of the mobilization department of the akim’s office of the Kyzylorda region;
From May 18, 2016 to the present, he is the head of the department for prevention and response to emergency situations of the mobilization preparation department of the Kyzylorda region.
