Biography
Bakytzhanuly Zhandarbek was born in 1987 in the village of Abai, Kyzylkoginsky district, Atyrau region.
Higher education. In 2008, he graduated from the College of Economics and Law, majoring in Jurisprudence. In 2011, he graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in Law. In 2025, he graduated from Aktobe University named after S.Baishev, specializing in State and Local Government
He started his career in 2006 as a security guard at Sparta LLP in Aktobe. Over the years, he held the positions of inspector of the operating room, acting senior sector of the operating room, head of the operating room, Deputy head of the Department of the Alginsky district for public Services of the branch of the non- commercial joint -stock company "State Corporation " Governments for Citizens" in Aktobe region, Aktobe region, Alginsky district.
