Ahmetov Orynbay Zhamelovich

I, Akhmetov Orynbay Zhamelovich, was born on February 2, 1968 in the Karaganda region of the Shet district of the village of Nurataldy. In 1985, I entered the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineer. During my studies in 1986, I was called up to serve in the SA, served in the Far Eastern Military District, Primorsky Territory, Shkotovsky District of the village of Smolyaninova in military unit 31640 in the position of " computer technology" artillery regiment. In May 1988 he was demobilized and this year he continued his studies at the institute. In 1992, he graduated from this institute and received a diploma from UV No. 676345 with a degree in agricultural mechanization.

After graduating from the institute in August 1992, he got a job in the village of Nurataldy, Shet district, as a combine operator. In October 1993, he quit his job of his own free will and in November 1993 got a job at the Akmola Technical School of Automobile Transport as a “master of industrial training.” In December 1993, he left this job of his own free will and in January 1994 got a job at the Sary-Arka MCP as an “operator-programmer”, located at the address: Karaganda. In March 1995, he left this job of his own free will and in April 1995 he got a job as the head of the commercial department of the private enterprise “IRGETAS” of Soyuzspetsfundamentstroy JSC in Karaganda. In July 1995, he left this job of his own free will and in September 1995 he got a job in the internal affairs bodies in various leadership positions. Upon reaching retirement age in March 2015, he was dismissed from the Department of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From October 2015 to February 2018, he worked as a chief specialist in the akimat of the Kyzylkain rural district of the Bukhar-Zhyrau district of the village of Kyzylkain. In February 2018, he left this job of his own free will and in March 2018, he got a job at the State Institution “Department of Agriculture of the Bukhar-Zhyrau District” as a chief specialist in the village of Botakara. In July 2018, he left this job of his own free will and in August 2018 got a job as the chief specialist of the State Institution “Department of Land Relations of the Shetsky District” in the village of Aksu-Ayuly. In August 2019, he left this job of his own free will and in September 2019 got a job as the chief specialist of the akimat of the Doskey rural district of the Bukhar-Zhyrau district of the village of Doskey. In August 2020, he left this job of his own free will and in August 2020 was hired by the State Institution “Department of Agriculture of the Karaganda Region” for the position of chief specialist. In August 2021, he left this job of his own free will and in August 2021 got a job in the akimat of the Kurminsky rural district of the Abay district of the village of Kurminskoye as a chief specialist.
