Ongarbaev Amanzhol Sakypovich - was born on November 7, 1968 in the village of Akbasty, Aral district, Kyzylorda region.
He has a higher education.
In 1993 he graduated from the Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute. Korkyt Ata with a degree in Kazakh language and literature.
In 2000 he graduated from Bolashak University with a degree in Economics.
In 2004 he graduated from Kyzylorda University of Humanities and Law with a degree in Law.
He began his career in 1993 as a specialist of the first category in the Kyzylorda Regional Language Administration;
From 1995 to 1996, a leading specialist of the Kyzylorda Regional Committee on National Policy;
From 1996 to 2000, deputy editor-in-chief of the regional newspaper "Akmeshit aptalygy";
From 2001 to 2010, director, editor-in-chief of the Halyk newspaper LLP and the ASU publishing house;
