Biography
He was born on December 20, 1962 in the village of Borly, Zhurinsky district of Aktobe region. He graduated from Taldyk secondary School in 1979. In 1980, he entered the Almaty Zootechnical Veterinary Institute, from which he graduated in 1985.
He began his career in 1979 as a worker at the Taldyk state farm in the Karabutak district. Since 1985, she has worked at the Taldyk stud horse breeding as an accountant for animal husbandry, a zootechnicist, a chief breeder, and a chief zootechnicist. From 2001 to the present, she has worked as the chief specialist of the Kayrakta rural district of Taldyk village. Since 2003, I have been working as the akim of the Kayrakta rural district.
