Biography
I was born on December 25, 1962 in the Mongolian state of Bayan Ulgiy.
He entered school in 1969 and graduated from a 10-year high school in 1978.In 1978, after graduating from a 10-year high school, I entered the Mongolian State Agricultural Institute, from which I graduated in 1983 with a degree in veterinary medicine.
