Zhumaldinov Islambek Sailaubekovich was born in the village of Topar of the Abay district on 06.08.1980. Higher education in the specialty "Jurisprudence". Kazakh. Marital status: divorced.
He began his career from 2004 to 06.08.2020 in the DP of the Karaganda region of the UP of the Abai district of the Topar police department as an assistant to the duty medical detox of the Abai district. From 01.09 2005, he was transferred to the TOP to the post of patrol guard service. On 06.09.2006, he was appointed to the position of assistant district inspector. From 06.03.2009, he was appointed a district police inspector of the TOP Abai district. From 06.06.2013, he was appointed senior district police officer of the Abai district. On 06.08.2020, he was dismissed in reserve with the right to a pension. On 26.07.2021, he was elected akim of the village of Yuzhny.
