Biography
Was born on April 5, 1993. Higher education. In 2011, he graduated from Aktobe Humanitarian and Technical Universal Multiprofile College with a degree in Law. In 2014 he graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in law and in 2021 graduated from the regional State University named after K. Zhubanov with a degree in Economics.
He began his career in 2013 as a "lawyer " of the Temir district Department of Education, Physical Culture and Sports in the village of Shubarkuduk;
In 2017, he was accepted into the State Institution "Akim's Office of Temir district " by the chief specialist of the akim of the district for mobilization training, civil protection and emergency situations.
From November 2018 to 2023, he worked as the chief inspector for mobilization training, civil protection and emergency situations of the akim of the district of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Temir district".
On December 12, 2023, he was appointed akim of the Shubarkuduk rural district
