Biography
Kabanbayev Muratbek Kamzabekovich was born on April 02, 1971 in the village of Beloe, Katon-Karagai district, in the village of rural teachers. Higher education in 2001 he graduated from the Kostanay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Law.
The total work experience is more than 30 years.
He began his career in September 1988 as a locksmith at the Mangyshlak - Electroremont plant in Shevchenko, Mangyshlak region. In the period from 1989 to 1991, he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
In 1994, he joined the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an ordinary policeman of the Zyryanovsky police department. He worked in the Department of Internal Affairs for more than 26 years. In April 2021, he retired on a well-deserved retirement as the first deputy of the Altai district police Department with the rank of lieutenant colonel of the police.
