Biography
Ospanov Zhambyl Kazhibaevich was born on August 28, 1960, in 1967 he entered secondary school in the village of Klimovka, Shchuchinsk district, Kokchetav region.
In 1967, he entered the secondary school in the village of Klimovka, Shchuchinsk district, Kokshetau region.
In 1977, he entered the Omsk State Veterinary Institute, the veterinary faculty. He graduated from the Institute in 1982. The specialty is a veterinarian.
1982-1984 in the ranks of the Soviet army.
From 1984 to 1998, he worked as a veterinarian at a poultry farm in the village of Zeleny Bor, Shchuchinsk district.
In 1998-2000, he was registered in the employment department of Shchuchinskydistrict as unemployed.
In 2001-2012, he currently works as the akim of Urumkai rural district of Burabay district of Akmola region.
