Biography
He was born on November 29, 1962 in the village of Saradyr, Ruzaevsky district, Kokchetav region. 1984-1987 — graduated from the Chagli Agricultural College with a degree in mechanics. 2005-2008 — graduated from Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov with a degree in agricultural engineering.
He began his career in February 1980 as a worker at department No. 4 of the Ruzaevsky agricultural Experimental station. Since 1983, after completing his service in the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan, he continued to work as a mechanic at the Ruzaev Agricultural Experimental station. From May 1987 to April 1993, he was a refueling accountant for a tractor—field brigade. From April 1993 to May 2000, he was the manager of department No. 4 of the Ruzaevsky agricultural station. From May 2000 to May 2007, he was the manager of Department No. 4 of Tukym LLP.
From May 2008 to September 2009, he was the chief specialist, mechanical engineer of the district Department of Agriculture of the Gabit Musrepov district.
On September 9, 2009, he was appointed akim of Nezhinsky rural district, Gabit Musrepov district of North Kazakhstan region.
