Uzbekov Erlan Makhanbetovich was born on July 5, 1969, a native of the South Kazakhstan region, Tyulkubas district, Kok-Terek village.
In 1992 he graduated from the Almaty State Medical Institute with a degree in dentistry, in 1997 he graduated from the Tyulkubas Higher College of
Agribusiness and Tourism with a degree in economics and planning in sectors of the national economy, in 2003 he graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T
. Ryskulov majoring in finance and credit.
He began his career in the Customs Authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in February 1992 He worked in various positions in the Customs Administration for the Atyrau region, the
Baikonur customs, in the Customs Control Department for the South Kazakhstan region and in the State Revenue Department for the South Kazakhstan region.
From September 2018 to June 2019, he held the position of chief specialist at the customs post “Shymkent - customs clearance center” of the State Revenue Department for the city of Shymken
From June 2019 to February 2023, he worked in the Department of State Revenue for the Turkestan region in senior positions at customs posts “Saryagash Station”, “Atameken”, “Turkestan - Customs Clearance Center - Auezhay”.
In February 2023, he was appointed head of the customs post “Shymkent – customs clearance center” of the State Revenue Department for the city of Shymkent.
On January 10, 2024, by order of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed deputy head of the State
Revenue Department for the city of Shymkent.
