Eldar Ashiraf-Oglu was born on February 07, 1996 in Nikolsk village, Zyryanovsky district. He has two higher educations. In 2017, he graduated from the KAFU with a degree in law, and in 2022, he graduated from the KAFU with a degree in physical culture and sports.
Career
Eldar
Ashiraf-Oglu started his career in October 2016 as a document acceptance specialist in the Department of the Zyryanovsky district of the PSC branch of the NAO GC Government for Citizens of East Kazakhstan region . From 2017 to 2020, he worked as a specialist at the KSU "Employment Center" of the akimat of the Zyryanovsky district. From 2020 to 2025, he worked as Deputy Director for Internal Affairs at the Altai City Children's and Youth Sports School of the East Kazakhstan Region Department of Physical Culture and Sports. Following the election, he was appointed akim of Turgusun rural district on July 22, 2025.
