Almira Kinayatoldakyzy Babagumarova was born on September 8, 1973 in the city of Zaisan, Zaisan district, East Kazakhstan region.
In 1996, she graduated from Kostanay State University with a degree in history.
In 2000, she graduated from the Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in economics.
Work experience
The total work experience and public service experience is 26 years.
She began her career in 1996 as a history teacher at M. Auezov Secondary School.
2001-2008 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Education of Zaisan district;
2008-2013 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Organizational, Personnel and state-legal work of the office of the Akim of the Zaisan district;
Since August 12, 2013, he has been working as the head of the Personnel Management Department of the Akim of the Zaisan district.
