Biography
In 1985 he graduated from the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute with a degree in agronomist, in 2000 from the D.A.Kunaev Humanitarian Institute with a degree in law.
He began his career in 1977 as the head of the circle of the House of Pioneers of the Zhaksyn district Department of Public Education.
From September 1977 to July 1978, he was the head of the circle House of Pioneers of the Zhaksyn district Department of Public Education.
From September 1978 to July 1980, he was an economist at the credit department of the Zhaksyn branch of the State Bank.
From May 1985 to April 1986, he was an agronomist of the Yaroslavsky State farm department.
