Biography
Tursyn Yerkebulan Serikkaliuly was born on February 18, 1993 in Konaev, Almaty region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2016, he graduated from the State University named after Shakarima specialty "Foreign languages: two languages (Bachelor's degree)
In 2017, he graduated from the State University named after Shakarima majored in Economics and Business (Master's degree).
