1989: Born in Almaty.
Education: Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Turan-Astana University.
2010: Commenced his career as a Chief Specialist at the Department of Internal Policy of the City of Astana.
2012–2013: Chief Specialist, Chief Specialist – Chief of Protocol of the Department within the Akimat Office of the City of Astana.
2013: Head of Sector of the Department at the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Head of Department at the Youth Policy Department of the City of Astana.
2013–2014: Consultant of the Department at the Astana City Branch of the "Nur Otan" Party.
2014–2015: Chief Inspector – Chief Controller of the Revision Commission for the City of Astana.
2015: Head of Department at the Youth Policy Department.
2015–2018: Head of Department, Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Policy, Deputy Head of the Department for Languages Development and Archival Affairs, and Head of Department at the Akimat Office of the City of Astana.
2019–2021: Chief of Staff of the Akim of the Yessil District of the City of Nur-Sultan.
2021–2022: Head of the Youth Policy Department of the City of Nur-Sultan.
From 2022 until appointment: Head of the Youth Policy Department of the City of Astana.
