Biography
Education: In 2001, he graduated from the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov, specializing in economist and accountant. In 2013, he graduated from the Regional Social and Innovative University, specializing in jurisprudence.
Work experience:
Total work experience - 28 years, civil service experience - 23 years.
He began his career in 1996 as an accountant at the secondary school named after Sh. Kaldayakov in the Otyrar district of the South Kazakhstan region.

From 2001 to 2011, he worked in the tax service system, from 2011 to 2021 - deputy akim of the Otyrar district of the Turkestan region.
From 2021 to 2023, he held the position of deputy head of the Shymkent City Education Department.
