Biography
Tazhibayev Askar Kurmangazyevich - was born on December 18, 1994, in the city of Krasnovodsk, Balkan Region, Republic of Turkmenistan. Higher education. In 2019, graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems with a degree in Management.
He began his career in 2014 as an operator at "Helios" LLP. In 2017-2018, he served as an inspector of the inspection organization unit at Mangyshlak station railway terminal of the "Atyrau Railway Security" branch of "ARSC" JSC, and in 2018–2020, he worked as a sales representative at "Prima Distribution" LLP.
From 2018 to 2019, he held the position of shift supervisor of the inspection organization unit at "ARSC" JSC, and in 2020, he worked as a senior inspector at "Musakhan-Security LTD" LLP.
From February to April 2021, he was the acting chief specialist of the organizational and control department of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of Munaily District". In 2021-2023, he worked as a chief specialist of the organizational and control department of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of Munaily District". From 2023 to 2024, he served as the head of the department for terrorism prevention, mobilization preparation, and territorial defense of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of Munaily District".
From February to June 2024, he worked as an assistant to the Akim of Munaily District, and from June 2024 to October 2025, he held the position of Deputy Akim of Mangystau village.
From October 2025 to April 2026, he served as the head of the State Institution "Munaily District Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture". From April to June 2026, he worked as the head of the State Communal Institution "Munaily District Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism".
On June 10, 2026, he was appointed to the position of Akim of Mangystau village.
