Abylaev Askhat Sovetkazyevich was born on August 4, 1988 in the village of Aksuat of the former Aksuat district of Semipalatinsk region.
In 2005 he graduated from the K. Nurbayev Aksuat Secondary School, in 2010 from the Kazakh Financial and Economic Academy with a degree in Financier.
Career
He started his career in the financial department of JSC "Hotel Astana" in Astana. In 2012-2014, he worked at Aigerim Plus LLP in Astana.
In 2014-2016, he worked as a car dumper in SemAZ LLP in Semey.
In 2016-2020 he worked as a chief specialist in the sector of economic planning, public procurement and communal property, head of the sector of economic policy and planning, head of the sector of budget planning and execution of the Department of Economics and Finance of Tarbagatai district.
