Biography
ЖZhylkaidar Sharypkazy Sanbayuly was born on January 10, 1961 in the village of Mukyr, Abai district, Semey region. In 1978, I graduated from M. Auezov Secondary School. In August 1980, I entered the Semey Zootechnical and Zootechnical Institute, from which I graduated in June 1985. I completed military training at the Semey Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute and graduated with the rank of lieutenant.

Since April 2006, I have been working as the akim of the Kokbai rural district of the Abai district of the East Kazakhstan region.
