Tolegen Akimkhan Azimhanuly

Tolegen Akimkhan Azimkhanuly was born on September 18, 1993, in the city of Arys, in the South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2015 with a degree in tourism and from Almaty Management University in 2017 with a degree in law.
