He was born on February 8, 1987 in the village of Karauyl, Abai district, Semipalatinsk region. Kazakh. Higher education. He is married and has three children. In 2009, he graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University with a Bachelor's degree in Technological Machinery and Equipment.

He started his career in April 2010 at the Prosecutor's office.
