Sadvakasova Saule Kuandykovna

Sadvakasova Saule Kuandykovna was born on August 31, 1983 in the city of Karaganda, Karaganda region. He has 2 higher educations. In 2004, she graduated from Karaganda State University named after E. A. Buketov with a degree in State and Municipal Administration, and in 2019, she graduated from the Central Kazakhstan Academy with a degree in Jurisprudence.

She started her career in June 2004 as an economist-manager in the cafe-bar "Adelia" in Shakhtinsk

From 01.06.2007 to 01.07.2008, she worked as a manager at the Assel store in Shakhtinsk

From 13.11.2008 to 23.02.2009, she was appointed Acting Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of Shakhtinsk" until receiving the results of a special audit.

From 23.02.2009 to 16.11.2009, she held the position of chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of Shakhtinsk"

On 16.11.2009, she was appointed to the position of chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the city of Shakhtinsk" in connection with the change of the name of the state institution

On 12.03.2010, she was appointed to the position of chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the city of Shakhtinsk" in connection with the change of the name of the state institution

From 01.06.2012 to 21.12.2012, she held the position of Chief Specialist of the Tax Audit Department of the State Institution "Tax Administration for the city of Shakhtinsk of the Tax Department for the Karaganda region of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

From 24.12.2012 to 08.11.2013, she held the position of Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the city of Shakhtinsk"

From 08.11.2013 to 20.04.2015, she held the position of Head of the Entrepreneurship and Industry sector of the State Institution" Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the city of Shakhtinsk", Shakhtinsk

On 20.04.2015, she was appointed Head of the Entrepreneurship and Industry sector of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the City of Shakhtinsk" due to the change in the name of the state institution

From November 28, 2023 to her current appointment, she held the position of Chief Expert of the Creative Industries Department of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
