Biography
For more than 20 years he served in the customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as Head of the Customs Control Department for Almaty region, Head of the Customs Control Department for Almaty, Head of the Customs Control Department for Mangystau region
He started his career in 1980 as a driller in a field exploration party. From 1983 to 1986 he worked as an engineer of the Taldykorgan hydrogeological field expedition
From September 1986 to September 1988 he held the position of Head of the Industrial and Transport Department of the District Committee of the Communist Party of Taldykorgan region
From September 1988 to July 1991 he held the position of Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Taldykorgan Council of People's Deputies
From July 1991 to August 1995 - First Deputy Head of the district administration of the village of Karabulak, First Deputy Head of the District Administration of the Akim of Taldykorgan region
He has been working as the General Director of JSC "UK FEZ "Khorgos – Eastern Gate" since November 2014
