13.07.1961 He was born in Arys, SKR. 1978-1983. He graduated from the Almaty Institute of Railway Engineering with a degree in civil engineering.20.07.2012 Since 2006 he has been working as Deputy Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Turkestan region.
