General information, education
She was born in 1982 in Semey city. Graduated from the L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University in 2004 with a degree in International Law, in 2007 - Kazakh Economic University with a degree in Management, in 2011 - Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade with a degree in Information Systems.
Career
In 2004-2006, she worked as a chief specialist in the project management unit of the Informatics and Communications Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Over the years, she worked in commercial structures.
Since 2011, she began working at JSC “National Infocommunication Holding “Zerde” as the chief manager of the Infrastructure Projects Monitoring Department, and was later transferred to the position of director of informatics service model department. In 2017, she was appointed to the position of Managing Director, after which she served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “NIH “Zerde”.
2018-2019 - Vice Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019-2020, she held the position of Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2020-2023 - Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since November 27, 2023 - Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
