Amanbayev Zhangeldy Keykovich, was born on March 17, 1965. In 1982 he graduated from the Riverine Secondary School. From 1983 to 1985, he served in the ranks of the SA. In 1985, he entered the Kostanay Agricultural Institute. He graduated in 1990 with a degree in Zooengineering. Higher education.
