- In 2010 he graduated from T.Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University, majoring in finance. Awarded an academic degree – Master's degree.
- In 2016, he graduated from the D.Kunaev Eurasian Law Academy, majoring in "jurisprudence".
- In 2020, he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, majoring in Management. He received the qualification of "Master of Business Administration".
He started his career from December 2008 to April 2009 as an assistant loan manager at the Small Business Center of the People's Bank of Kazakhstan.
