Biography
Turlygozhaeva Makpal Yerbolatovna was born in 1989, higher education. She is a graduate of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Law. In 2022, she graduated from M.H. Dulati Taraz Regional University with a degree in "State Local Administration"
She started her career in 2010 as a freelance employee of the legal department of the State Institution "Department of Land Relations of Almaty".
