Biography
Ruslan Alpysovich was born in 1979 in Kazalinsky district. Higher education, graduated from the Kazakh Academy of transport and communications with a degree in civil engineering.
He started his career in 2003 as a foreman of the limited liability company "Kaspiy Stroy limited" in Atyrau. In 2008-2010, he worked as the head of the site of the limited liability company "Kapstroygroup-t" in Almaty, in 2012-2020-a leading specialist of the District Department of construction, architecture and urban planning.
From July 2020 to April 2021, he worked as the chief specialist of the district Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning.
Since April 2021, he has held the position of akim of Sarybulak rural district.
