Biography
The state institution “Apparatus of the Akim of the Krasnopresnensky rural district of the Mendykarinsky district” (hereinafter referred to as the akim’s apparatus) is a state institution that ensures the activities of the akim of the Krasnopresnensky rural district (hereinafter referred to as the akim) and carries out other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Akim's Office carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations.
The akim's apparatus is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has a seal and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established form, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accounts with the treasury authorities.
The akim's office enters into civil legal relations on its own behalf.
The akim's office has the right to act as a party to civil legal relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the law.
The akim’s apparatus, on issues of its competence, in the manner prescribed by law, makes decisions formalized by orders and decisions of the akim of the Krasnopresnensky rural district and other acts provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
