Biography
He was born on October 8, 1963 in the Kazaly region. He has two higher educations. In 1992 he graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree «Economics», In 2000 he graduated from Bolashak University with a degree «Jurisprudence».
In 1990 he began his labor activity as a foreman at the vocational school number №9. In 1994-2006 he worked as a director of «Auez LTD» LLP, In 2007-2008, a director of the GKP "Turkyn uy Kyzmeti", In 2008-2009 a director of GKP "Kyzylorda Zharyk Service", In 2009-2010 a director of the Kyzylorda regional branch of JSC "Accumulative Pension Fund" AMANAT KAZAKHSTAN ", In 2015-2017 Deputy Director of LLP "Turayn Uy Kyzylorda". From 2017 to this position he worked as deputy akim of the rural district of Kyzylzharma. " On June 29, 2018, he was elected akim of the Kyzylozek rural district.On May 29, 2022, he was elected akim of the Kyzylozek rural district.
