Biography
Born on June 5, 1979 in the Semipalatinsk region of the Kokpekty district of the village of Kokpekty. In 1999, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Pedagogical College named after M.O. Auezov. In 2004 he graduated from Semipalatinsk University named after M.O.Auezov. In 2012, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University. In 2020, he graduated from the Non-profit Joint-Stock Company Shakarim Semey University.
