Biography
He was born on September 30, 1985, in Boskol, Karabalyk District, Kostanay Region. He is a Kazakh national with a higher education. In 2007, he graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University.
After serving in the army, he began working as a veterinary inspector in the Urnek rural district in Karabalyk RTI KVK and N MCS RK in 2009. Since April 2010, he has been the Chief Veterinary Specialist at the Office of the Akim of the Baskol Rural District. Since June 2014, he has been a veterinarian at the veterinary clinic of the Baskol rural district of the Karabalyk district veterinary station. Since May 2019, he has been a laboratory assistant at the Karabalyk District Veterinary Laboratory of the Kostanay Regional Branch of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since August 2020, he has been a laboratory assistant at the Karabalyk District Veterinary Laboratory of the Kostanay Region branch of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since August 2022, he has been the head of the veterinary station in the Baskol rural district of the Karabalyk district veterinary station. Since April 2024, the Chief Specialist is the State Veterinarian of the Karabalyk District of the Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Akimat of the Kostanay Region in the village of Karabalyk. From June 2025, the Akim of the Baskol Village Akimat.
