Biography
Musabayev Zharasbai Otegenovich was born on July 18, 1965 in the village of Zhanazhol, Sergeyevsky district of North Kazakhstan region.
In 1982 he graduated from Zhanazhol secondary school.
Higher education: in 1999 graduated from Kostanay Agricultural Institute with a degree in "Animal science", in 2019 Kostanay Engineering and Economics University named after M.Dulatov with a degree in "Vocational training
From 1987 to 1998 he worked as a zoo technician at the Ostrovsky state farm in the Kamystinsky district.
From 2003 to 2004 - leading specialist of Nekrasovsky rural district of Denisovsky district
