Biography
Eugene E. Shulika was born on August 14 , 1985 in the village of Oktyabrsky of the Oktyabrsky district of the Turgay region. In 2002 he graduated from the Pereleskin secondary school of the Denisovsky district. In 2002, he entered Kostanay Socio – Economic College with the qualification of financier and graduated in 2005. In the same year, he entered the correspondence department at Kostanay Socio-Technical University. Academician Z. Aldamzhar and graduated in 2007 as a financier.
He started his career in 2005 as a security guard in Saryagash LLP in the village of Pereleski, Denisovsky district, Kostanay region.
From 2006 to 2007, he worked as a specialist at the Statistics Department of Kostanay region, village of Pereleski, Denisovsky district, Kostanay region.
2008, Controller of the Security and Safety Service, Arai-91 LLP, Pereleski village, Denisovsky district, Kostanay region.
From 2008 to 2010, he worked as an accounting instructor in the State Institution "Apparatus of the akim of the village of Pereleski", village of Pereleski, Denisovsky district, Kostanay region.
From 2010 to 2011, he worked as a leading specialist of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the village of Pereleski", village of Pereleski, Denisovsky district, Kostanay region.
From 2011 to 2012, he worked as a chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of Denisovsky district", Denisovka village, Denisovsky district, Kostanay region.
From 2012 to 2016, he worked as the chief specialist of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the village of Pereleski", village of Pereleski, Denisovsky district, Kostanay region.
From September 07, 2016 to the present, I have been working as the akim of the village of Pereleski.
